CROSS REFERENCE
NTE1913Low ground pin current allows output voltage to be easily boosted above the preset value with a resistor divider. The low quiescent current drain of the NTE1913 with a specified maximum change with line and load ensures good regulation in the voltage boosted mode.
Features:Note 1. Thermal resistance, junction-to-ambient is +50?C/W (no heat sink) and +5?C/W (infinite heat sink).
Electrical Characteristics: (0? J D OUT = -5V, VIN = -10V, IO = 500mA, CIN = 2.2?F, COUT = 1?F, unless otherwise specified)

Regulation is measured at a constant temperature by pulse testing with a low duty cycle. Changes in output voltage due to heating effects must be taken into account.
